I had a potluck I was planning on attending for noon. I decided last minute to bring some ribs. Woke up super early and got to work. By 5am the ribs were in the smoker and by 11am they were done. Took them to the office and they were well received. This recipe has produced a lot of positive reviews from family and friends. I had 1 family member give herself indigestion. Another family member who has not eaten meat in over 5 years, broke her streak to try these ribs. Can’t argue with those results.
