ManGrate is a must have tool to have in your grilling arsenal. They sit on top of your existing grill grates. I prefer using these on top of my propane grill. These give your steak that nice sear marks and does what it states. It cooks chicken and keeps it juicy. Check out the video of what I do for cleaning and maintenance below.
