GrillGrates is an awesome product. I use these for my Weber kettle grill. I noticed that when cooking delicate items such as sausages, it does not over cook them and cooks them to perfection. No drying out. No bursting, just a nice cooked glaze. These are made of high grade aluminum and will not rust and are light. I prefer these on my Weber over my cast iron.
